Sabbath Service: 11 December, 2021:
Sabbath Sermon: "Biblical response to persecution"
Presented by: Pr. Vitalii Shevchenko
"Bible verse: Matthew 5:11-12
11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
In the world of intellectual, spiritual and systematical crisis, how are we as Christians to prepare for persecution?
There are 3 main aspects/questions that need to be answered from biblical perspective as we speak about upcoming end-time persecution. Here they are:
Intellectual aspect – I know; I will experience persecution.
Spiritual aspect – I am ready for persecution.
Family aspect – I have prepared my family for when I am gone.
Today we will look at these and many other aspects as we speak about end-time persecution.
Pr. Vitalii Shevchenko
