The word "evangelism", unfortunately, strikes similar emotions in the hearts of believers as the word "fasting". When you suggest the idea of fasting to a group of believers, you can expect resistance. Fasting has to do with starving the flesh. Our sinful unredeemed flesh will oppose anything that seeks to do it harm. Fasting has great benefit to the soul, but the flesh will fight it at any cost. In a similar way, when you mention evangelism to a group of believers they will typically resist and create excuses as to why something else should be done instead. Evangelizing doesn't typically cause heathens to think highly of you. Evangelism is not something that pleases unbelievers and it won't make you look good. Yet, Jesus was an evangelist and His desire is that you too would be a faithful servant used by God to bring people to Him for salvation.

At PMc, one of our priorities is to equip everyday Christians to live faithfully unto the Lord. We do that in a variety of ways (vie), and this webinar is one of them.
