Peter taught during the outpouring of the Spirit in Acts 2 from Joel’s prophecy. Though Joel’s prophecy did not specifically describe the manifestations of the Spirit that happened in Acts 2, the Holy Spirit revealed and confirmed it was in fact the moment that Joel’s prophecy was being fulfilled.
